На венок наложен серебряный двуглавый орел, увенчанный золотой Императорской короной с ниспадающими золотыми лентами. В лапах орел держит золотые лавровый венок и факел. На груди орла золотой щиток, покрытый эмалью красного цвета, с золотой римской цифрой «С». На крыльях орла золотые вензели Императоров Александра I и Николая II, увенчанные золотыми Императорскими коронами. Над головами орла золотые даты «1811» и «1911». Знак увенчан золотой Императорской короной. Silver wreath of oak and palm branches bound by a silver ribbon on which are the gold raised letters «M» (L) and «В» (Т). On the wreath is a silver double-headed eagle beneath the gold Imperial crown with gold ribbons falling from it. In its claws, the eagle is holding a gold laurel wreath and a torch. On the eagle's breast is a small gold shield covered in red enamel with the gold Roman numeral «C». On the eagle's wings are the gold cyphers of Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II beneath the gold Imperial crowns. Above the heads of the eagle are the gold dates «1811» and «1911». On the palmated cross is a small gold shield covered in raspberry enamel with the gold cyphers of the Emperors Paul I and Nicholas II. On the eagle's tail is the gold Roman numeral «C». 10.3. Gold Caucasian cross covered in black enamel. In the centre of the cross is a circular gold medallion covered in black enamel with the gold Roman numeral «L». On the horizontal rays of the cross are the raised gold dates «1859» and «1909». On the tips of the sword blades are the gold cyphers of Emperors Alexander II and Nicholas II beneath the gold Imperial crowns. The cross is surmounted by the gold Imperial crown. 10.5. В центре креста круглый серебряный оксидированный медальон с выпуклым полированным ободком. На медальон наложен серебряный шестиуступный бастион с выпуклым серебряным крепостным валом. Поверхность внутри бастиона покрыта эмалью белого цвета, на которой изображен черный финифтевый броненосец. На горизонтальных лучах креста надпись «ПОРТЪ АРТУРЪ», выполненная выпуклыми серебряными буквами. а) Для нижних чинов знак аналогичен, но бронзовый и без эмали. Бастион повернут вокруг вертикальной оси на 30 градусов таким образом, что вверх и вниз сориентировано только по одному уступу. Silver oxidized cross in the St. George form with raised polished borders. Between the rays of the cross are silver swords with polished blades. In the centre of the cross is a circular silver oxidized medallion with raised polished borders, on which is a silver six-stage bastion with a raised silver fortified rampart. The surface inside the bastion is covered in white enamel on which there is the image of a black enamel (fmift) battleship. On the horizontal rays of the cross is the inscription «ПОРТЪ АРТУРЪ» (PORT ARTHUR) in raised silver lettering. a) For the lower ranks, the badge is the same except that it is made of bronze without enamel. The bastion is turned on its a vertical axis by 30 degrees in such a way that the top and base are aligned by one step. 10.6. Знак в память 200-летия СПБ Арсенала. 10.6. At the point of intersection is the combined cypher of the Emperors Peter I (silver) and Nicholas II (gold) beneath the gold Imperial crown. On the upper part of the gear is a silver oxidized double-headed eagle beneath three gold Imperial crowns. From under the large Imperial crown are falling gold ribbons covered in red enamel with the gold dates «1714» and «1914». On the wreath are crossed silver oxidized rifles at the intersection of which is the combined cypher of the Emperors Peter I (silver) and Nicholas II (gold). The lower parts of the branches and rifles are entwined by a gold ribbon covered in white enamel with the gold dates «1712» and «1912» and the inscription «И.Т.О.З.» (I. T. W. F). On the upper part of the wreath is a gold double-headed eagle beneath three gold Imperial crowns with gold ribbons falling from them. On the eagle's breast is a small gold shield with crossed gold hammers. |

На груди орла золотой щиток, покрытый эмалью красного цвета, с золотой цифрой «200».

На верхнюю часть венка наложен золотой двуглавый орел, увенчанный тремя золотыми Императорскими коронами с золотыми ниспадающими лентами. На груди орла золотой щиток со скрещенными золотыми молотами.
